4 pm - 5 pm : Meditation and Yog Nidra
6 pm - 7 pm : Live Music and Open Microphone
8 pm - 9 pm : Vegan Meal
Day 2 :
7 am - 8 pm : Hiking and Camping
8 pm - 9 pm : Dinner
Day 3 :
7 am - 9 am : Yoga at Ganga River Shore
9 am - 10 am : Make up yourself and Light Breakfast
12 am - 10 pm : Sound Healing Therapy/Yog Nidra
1 pm - 2 pm : Healthy Sattvic Lunch
4 pm - 5 pm : Hatha Yoga, Pranayam and Meditation
5.30 pm - 7 pm : Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat
8 pm - 9 pm : Group Dinner
Day 4 :
7 am to 8 am : Breathing work and Meditation
10 am to 12 pm : Closing Ceremony
