12 pm - 2 pm : Welcome & Introduction followed by Vegan Food

4 pm - 5 pm : Yoga Class

5 pm - 7 pm : Ganga Aarti

8 pm - 9 pm : Satvik Food

Day 2 :

7 am - 8 am : Pranayama/Meditation

9 am - 10 am : Rest and Breakfast

10 am - 12 pm : Waterfall Visit

1 pm - 2 pm : Vegan Lunch

5 pm - 6 pm : Slow Yoga

7 pm - 8 pm : Yoga Nidra

8 pm - 9 pm : Satvik Food

7 am - 8 am : Pranayama/Meditation

9 am - 10 am : Breakfast

10 am - 12 pm : Nature Healing on Ganga Ghat

1 pm - 2 pm : Vegan Lunch
