Why choose YOG MADHYAMA's TTC?

The training blends the mind, body, and soul. Yogmadhyama Yoga School follows the traditional yogic approach, perceiving yoga as a way of life, a science, and an art. They provide a thorough exploration of modern asanas (postures) alongside a rich history and philosophy, as well as the yoga lifestyle that fosters balance and serenity in one’s life beyond the yoga mat.

The course offers ample opportunities to deepen your understanding of Prana (life-force energy), healing, spirituality, and mysticism, all interwoven with anatomy, sequencing, and breathwork. This is presented in a space that respects and honors diverse religious backgrounds and beliefs.

Learn how to live life fully and artistically in every moment, promote healing in your own life and the lives of others, shed attachments and false beliefs, and step into your truest self. True yoga, meaning “union,” guides you to expand your consciousness and embrace a higher vibrational life marked by beauty, presence, grace, and bliss. Connect with your highest self.
